What They're Saying
Your Questions, Answered
Find quick solutions to your queries from product details, to returns and exchanges.
When and how should I take this?
Follow the directions on the product label for dosage and timing. Consistency over time matters more than any single dose.
Can I take this alongside other ānjīn products?
Yes, the range is selected to complement each other. The right combination depends on your circumstances, including any medication or conditions, so check with your GP or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Is this safe if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
Please check with your GP or pharmacist first. That also applies if you are managing a health condition or preparing for surgery. Supplements interact with individual circumstances, so seek proper advice if you are unsure.
Is this suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and are there allergens?
Suitability varies by product, so check the ingredient and allergen information on this page. Where a product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it is clearly marked.
How do you ensure your supplements are safe and high quality?
Every ānjīn product is made in the UK in GMP and BRC-accredited facilities, two of the most recognised standards for food safety and quality. That accreditation covers the whole production process, from how raw materials are sourced to how the finished capsules are made, so quality and consistency are built in at every stage rather than checked at the end.
Do you check your ingredients and test your products?
Yes, at both ends of the process. Every supplier is audited and approved against BRC standards, and all raw materials arrive with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming their purity and potency. Materials are tested for contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides and microbiological impurities, the checks that matter most for supplement safety. We then carry out routine spot-testing on selected batches across the range to confirm each product meets our standards and to catch any anomaly early.
Can you trace where each ingredient comes from?
Yes. Full traceability is a requirement of our BRC-accredited system. Every ingredient can be tracked from its origin through to the finished product, supported by detailed batch records at each stage of production, so a specific batch could be traced quickly if a question ever arose.
What does "GMP and BRC-accredited" actually mean for me as a customer?
In plain terms, three things: safety, purity and consistency. Rigorous protocols keep the products safe to take, strict supplier audits and material checks keep them pure, and in-house testing and spot-checking keep every batch consistent with the last. It is the reassurance of knowing the same standards apply to every bottle, every time.
